Admission conditions

For safety and liability reasons, certain health conditions are excluded from availing of our services. When registering for a retreat or treatment, you agree to certify that you are not affected by the following situations:

• You are not pregnant, regardless of the stage of pregnancy.

• You are not undergoing active cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy).

• You do not have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device. 
  This point is especially important for any exposure to certain technologies used in our treatments, particularly Papimi, which utilizes electromagnetic fields.

• You are not suffering from a serious medical condition that requires regular medical monitoring unless you have obtained medical clearance to participate.

You acknowledge being aware of the potential contraindications for participating in our services. You agree not to register for a retreat or treatment if you are affected by any of them, unless you have obtained express medical authorization. In the event of false declarations, Hoona declines all responsibility for any resulting damage.

Liability

All information provided or activities offered by hoona are intended for well-being and personal development purposes. Hoona can only be held liable for damages directly resulting from proven fault in the execution of its services. In any case, liability is limited to what is permitted by law and cannot be engaged for indirect damages or consequences related to misinterpretation or personal misuse of the advice received.

Under no circumstances can Hoona be held liable for damages that occur outside the intended scope of the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or harm to the client’s physical integrity.

As part of certain services, we may collect information about your health (e.g., pregnancy status, presence of medical devices, current treatments, or disclosed conditions), only if you voluntarily provide this information with your explicit consent. This data is processed solely by authorized team members for the purpose of tailoring our services. It is neither shared with third parties nor used for any other purpose.
