At Hoona, we are committed to offering a smooth, transparent, and respectful experience tailored to your needs. This page outlines the booking, payment, and cancellation conditions applicable to all our services and retreats.

1. Reservations

Online or on-site bookings

You can book our services (consultations, treatments, retreats) directly via our secure website, or on-site at the center's reception, subject to availability.

Payment

  • Retreats: 100% of the total price including tax is required at the time of booking or within 24 hours when a payment link is provided.

  • Consultations and individual treatments: 100% of the total price including tax is required at the time of booking or within 24 hours when a payment link is provided. 

Online payments are processed through a certified provider. You will automatically receive a confirmation email summarizing your booking details.

Right of withdrawal: According to Article VI.53, 12° of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to service provisions related to leisure activities that must be provided on a specific date or within a specific period (e.g., retreats or treatments booked for a specific date).

2. Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of a retreat or treatment by our team (except in cases of force majeure), a full refund will be issued.

In the event of force majeure, no refund is guaranteed. Events such as strikes, lock-outs, lockdowns, embargoes, wars, terrorist attacks or consequences thereof, epidemics, severe weather, and more generally, any similar event affecting the parties and delaying or rendering impossible the fulfillment of their respective obligations—taking into account the unforeseeable and unavoidable nature of the impediment—will suspend the execution of their obligations.

Cancellation by the client

  • Retreats:

    • Cancellation up to 21 days before the start: full refund.

    • Between 20 and 15 days before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 15 days before: no refund.

  • Consultations and individual treatments:

    • Up to 7 days before: full refund.

    • Between 6 days and 48h before: 50% refund.

    • Less than 48h before: no refund.

Any applicable refund fees (e.g., banking charges) are to be borne by the client.

3. Waiting list

If a retreat or treatment is fully booked, a waiting list is available on our website. This list allows you to:

  • Be contacted in case of a cancellation.

  • Help us plan new retreats based on demand.

4. Schedule and slot management

The booking calendar is updated monthly to provide visibility over a rolling three-month period.

21 days before a retreat, if the minimum number of participants (4) is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, each participant will be refunded 100% of the amount already paid.

5. Specific conditions for retreats

Retreats follow a fixed program, common to all participants, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Accommodation is either included or optional depending on the type of retreat. Single or double rooms are never shared between strangers.

All included meals are due, whether consumed or not. They comply with dietary restrictions and allergies provided at the time of booking.

6. Delays, modifications & exceptional cases

In case of delay, the treatment duration may be shortened without price adjustment.

Requests to modify a booking must be sent by email at least 48 hours in advance.

In case of technical failure or therapist unavailability, Hoona will offer a fair solution, including a full refund, rescheduling, or rebooking of the treatment.
