In today's world, this complex and wonderful system is being put to the test. Amidst the permanent and often contradictory noise of over-information, we have lost the "ABCs" of "how to support our vitality."

The evidence of common sense means returning to fundamentals, simplifying what has been unnecessarily complexified, and rediscovering the clarity needed to make daily choices that support your balance.

Our role is to accompany you and teach you how to identify these signals, so that you can then make conscious, adapted, and informed choices.

Moving in an adapted way maintains the balance of the entire body. Our practices—nordic walking, yoga, Alexander technique, muscle strengthening, etc.—are designed to be easily integrated into daily life. They adapt to the weather and our state of being, allowing us to stay active while nourishing our well-being.

Reducing exposure to toxins is essential for preserving or restoring the body's balance. We help you identify the most common sources of toxins—whether environmental, dietary, or emotional—and offer simple alternatives to drastically reduce them. Through detox practices and healthy habits, we can support our body in eliminating toxins and maintaining optimal function.

The nervous system is a key regulator of our entire organism. In a resilient and optimal state, it alternates between stimulating periods and moments of regenerating calm. At hoona, we provide concrete tools that are simple to integrate, favoring these recovery periods that are often too rare in our modern lives. Food and hydration are our primary sources of energy. At hoona, we offer practical advice tailored to your individual needs. We guide you in adopting a healthy, personalized diet with habits that support your organism. We also assist you in choosing healthy preparation and preservation methods to make every meal true quality fuel, adapted to support your entire energy.

Sleep is essential for our organism. It allows our body to detoxify, repair, and regenerate on all levels. Understanding the impact of our environment and certain lifestyle habits on the quality of our sleep can help us spot imbalances and adopt simple, concrete actions to improve our nights.

Our emotions and relationships directly influence our vitality. Identifying how challenges, conflicts, traumas, or recurring events can disturb our metabolism means understanding how to face them more gently. Being supported to recognize and pacify these links lays the foundation for cultivating fertile, harmonious, and supportive emotional ground.

Assessing your vitality

To assess vitality, hoona has created the Holistic Assessment.

More than a simple "status report," this evaluation is designed as a pause for awareness—a concrete questioning of the 7 axes of our vitality. Becoming aware of our state of being in each of these pillars means realizing the general state of our vitality, in order to know in which direction to pull our adjustment levers.

Together, we identify potential sources of imbalance and highlight your priorities. This assessment allows you to move away from ignorance and act with precision to support your natural metabolism.

The hoona Holistic Assessment can be experienced in three ways:

  • Individually, at the hoona center in Tervuren or via video call
    A consultation with one of our experts to review your vitality, your body-soul-spirit balance, and understand how to support it sustainably.
     
  • Individually, online
    You complete an evaluation from home using a specifically designed questionnaire, then benefit from a personalized exchange with a therapist, via video conference or on-site, to obtain an in-depth analysis adapted to your situation.
     
  • Collectively, at the hoona center in Tervuren
    During a half-day at hoona, in a small group accompanied by a therapist, you will have the opportunity to answer a questionnaire assessing your current state of vitality. These sessions are scheduled regularly and are also available upon request for groups of six or more.

Driven by a passion for holistic health for over 30 years, Olivia De Stoop imagined hoona as a place for deep rejuvenation. A space for those who feel the need to pause, recenter, and sustainably support their vitality. But that's not all…

Her personal and professional journey taught her one essential thing: we carry treasures within us and are capable of mobilizing our energy for our well-being, provided we are placed in the right conditions and guided by the right information. Olivia is deeply convinced that the key to long-term vitality lies in prevention: acting at the first "whispers" of the body—those weak signals that must be identified before the glass overflows.

hoona embodies this vision: a place where "sacred common sense," ancestral knowledge, and contemporary technologies meet to accompany you and empower you to support your balance.

The impact of our daily choices on our vitality is massive, but one still needs to know what to do and how to do it.

Located just minutes from Brussels, on the edge of the forest, the hoona Holistic Center spans nearly 2,000 m² designed as an oasis, a refuge. More than just a location, this unique place is considered the essential pillar of our team and our primary form of care.

Bathed in light and open to nature, it blends treatment and rest areas in an atmosphere conducive to calm and balance. Every detail—from the materials to the layout of the spaces—has been carefully designed by Olivia and her team to allow you to be welcomed exactly as you are.

Here, cutting-edge technology meets the calm of nature to foster ideal conditions for deep regeneration. A cocoon out of time, dedicated to disconnecting, reconnecting, recharging, and that essential moment where one can take stock, learn, and (re)prioritize oneself.

We offer 8 rooms spread over two floors, each configurable as twin or double beds according to your preferences. Each room has its own bathroom. Carefully appointed, they offer a soothing atmosphere conducive to disconnection and restorative sleep—one of our fundamental pillars.

Living Spaces

Common areas include an inviting living room and a convivial dining room. A lovely garden also borders the house. This is where the experience continues, over healthy meals prepared by our chef or simple moments of sharing.
